It's normally best to email, as I may not hear the phone ringing if I'm in the workshop. If you call and I am unable to answer, please leave your number and I will call you back as soon as I can. Please remember to gather as much information as possible (especially overall sign size) before getting in touch.
Before I start work on your sign, I will email you a scale drawing. This allows me to accurately show you the spacing, type-face and the general look of the sign. We can then refine the design until you are happy with it.
Please allow at least a week from the time when payment is received and work commences, for the sign to be carved, painted, oiled and posted/delivered. For instance, it takes approximately 2-3 days just for sufficient coats of oil to be applied. It is a lot quicker of course if you opt for an unfinished and unpainted sign. If your sign is needed urgently, please let me know when you place your order because I might be able to rearrange my work to get it to you more quickly.
